Due to the customized nature of our products and the considerable planning, material procurement, and production involved, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed, it enters into the production pipeline which involves:
- Procurement of raw materials
- Engineering and fabrication
- Planning for installation and logistics
Hence, we advise our clients to thoroughly review all technical specifications, site requirements, and terms before confirming their order.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or official letter) and must include the order reference number and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellations are only eligible within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that no production, fabrication, or site-related work has begun.
- If the cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, a refund will be initiated after deducting any applicable administrative or processing charges.
Once any phase of the project (such as manufacturing, procurement, or foundation work) has started, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Refund Policy
- If a cancellation is approved (as per the criteria above), refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
- Refunds are not applicable once the order has entered the production stage or if the work has commenced at the site.
- Advance payments, part payments, or booking amounts are non-refundable once work begins.
Modifications to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order after confirmation, please contact our team immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, it may not always be possible depending on the production status.
Disputes & Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, the matter will be reviewed by our management team. Our goal is to resolve all matters professionally, with fairness and transparency.
