What we collect
Only what you type into a form: name, phone, e-mail, city, organisation and the details of your requirement. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, send drawings or documents you asked for, and provide service. We do not sell or rent your details.
Where it goes
Depending on how you send it, your enquiry reaches us by WhatsApp, by e-mail, or through a secure form that e-mails it to our sales team (info@ and naiyar@symphonyweight.com) after your e-mail address is confirmed with a one-time code. Only our sales and technical team can see it.
Analytics
If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count page visits and clicks on call, WhatsApp and download buttons. It does not identify you personally. If you choose “No thanks”, no analytics script is loaded.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to serve your enquiry and any supply, and as required by tax and contract law.
