Questions, answered.

What warranty do you give?

Every Symphony weighbridge carries a 1-year warranty on the platform, load cells and electronics. Concrete (RCC) platforms also carry a 25-year structural warranty on the concrete.

How soon can you deliver?

Generally about 2 weeks from a commercially cleared order with your purchase order. Installation, calibration and stamping follow once the foundation is ready.

What is the difference between a pit-less and a pit-type weighbridge?

A pit-less deck stands above ground on concrete pedestals and uses approach ramps. A pit-type deck sits flush with the ground in a drained pit, so vehicles can enter from any side. Pit-less is faster and simpler to build; pit-type suits tight plots.

What size and capacity do I need?

Platform length follows your longest vehicle and capacity follows its maximum gross weight plus headroom. Use the specification tool at the top of the contact page, or send your vehicle details and we confirm the size in your quotation.

Who prepares the civil foundation?

The client arranges excavation, concrete, rebar, earthing and the weigh cabin to our foundation drawing. We issue the drawing and material list, can inspect the foundation on request, and can coordinate the full civil work as an all-in-one package.

Is the weighbridge stamped for trade use?

Yes. We support Legal Metrology verification and stamping with certified test weights. Re-verification is due every 12 months, and we offer reminder-based AMC so it never lapses. Government fees and test weights are not included in the quotation.

What power does it need?

230 V AC through a constant-voltage transformer (CVT). Battery or solar options are available. The weigh-cabin supply should be within 2 to 5 m of the platform.

Can you service weighbridges you did not build?

Yes. We supply load cells, junction boxes, indicators, printers, cables and spares for Symphony and other makes. Send photos of the existing set-up for a service recommendation.

Do you supply through GeM and tenders?

Yes. We sell as an OEM on GeM and bid in government and PSU tenders. The Downloads & Tenders page lists the documents we provide.

Do you work outside India?

Yes. Symphony platforms operate across India and Africa. Tell us the destination country for export documentation and delivery planning.
