Foundation and civil works.
What a weighbridge foundation needs: drawing, excavation, concrete grade, rebar, pedestals, drainage, earthing and the weigh cabin, with a free foundation drawing for your size.
A weighbridge foundation is built by the client’s contractor to the manufacturer’s drawing: excavation, M-30 to M-40 concrete, TMT rebar, level pedestals for the load cells, drainage, earthing and a weigh cabin with 230 V supply within 2–5 m. Level pedestals are the key to accurate weighing.
The foundation decides the accuracy. A level, rigid foundation keeps every load cell carrying its share; a settling pedestal shows up as wrong weights.
