Amravati weighbridges for cotton, santra and MIDC units.
Amravati, the divisional city of western Vidarbha, is a cotton, soybean and orange district. Cotton and soybean are sold at the Amravati, Achalpur and Daryapur APMC yards, ginning and pressing factories work through the winter, and the Warud and Morshi talukas are known for Nagpur mandarin (santra) orchards. Textile and processing units work in the MIDC areas, including the textile park at Nandgaon Peth. Symphony supplies weighbridges, truck scales and dharam kanta (धर्म कांटा / tol kanta) across Amravati district.
An Amravati cotton ginning factory usually needs a 40–60 MT, 12–16 m pit-less steel weighbridge stamped for trade; a textile or processing unit in MIDC 60–80 MT on 16–18 m with SMFW reports; an orange trader in Warud or Morshi 40 MT on 12 m for 10-wheel trucks (30 MT on 9 m only for pickups); a public weighbridge 60–100 MT on 16–18 m (dharam kanta). Symphony builds it in Ahmedabad and dispatches it about 2 weeks after a commercially cleared order with PO.

Cotton ginning and pressing
Kapas is bought by weight from farmers' trolleys, and bales and seed leave by truck, so one weighbridge must take both.
Our setup: A 40–60 MT, 12–16 m stamped pit-less steel weighbridge, or 16 m if loaded dispatch trucks also cross it.
Orange (santra) traders
Crates are loaded onto pickups and 10-wheel trucks in the harvest months, and the trader pays growers and bills buyers on weight.
Our setup: A 40 MT, 12 m stamped pit-less steel weighbridge with quick SMFW slips (30 MT, 9 m only for pickups).
Textile and processing units
Bales and yarn come in and finished goods go out at the same gate, and the records have to match the invoices.
Our setup: A 60–80 MT, 16–18 m pit-less steel or RCC weighbridge with SMFW reports by party and material.

Kapas trolleys, fruit pickups and black soil: sizing an Amravati weighbridge.
Amravati has three weighing seasons that overlap. Soybean arrives first after the kharif harvest, cotton follows through the winter at the APMC yards and the gin yards, and the orange belt of Warud and Morshi ships fruit in its own harvest months. Each needs a different weighbridge. A gin yard weighs loose kapas in tractor-trolleys and sends out bales and cotton seed in loaded trucks, so 12–16 m and 40–60 MT stamped for trade is the usual fit. An orange trader loads crates onto pickups, often in the early morning, and sends 10-wheel trucks to distant markets, so an accurate 40 MT, 12 m weighbridge with quick SMFW slips serves better than a big one (30 MT on 9 m only if just pickups are weighed). A textile or processing unit in MIDC receives bales and yarn and ships finished goods, so SMFW inward and outward reports by party and material matter as much as capacity. Cotton lint and dust settle under the platform: use a pit-less weighbridge with an open gap that can be swept and sealed IP67/IP68 load cells. The ground is black cotton soil, so build to the foundation drawing, with a raised approach and drainage for the monsoon.
