In Udaipur the same kanta often sees two very different loads. Raw soapstone, calcite or dolomite arrives as rough lumps in tippers, while the finished powder leaves in bags, stacked high on trucks that carry a lot of volume for their weight. A grinding unit's margin sits between those two figures, so both must come from one stamped deck. Fine mineral dust settles on everything around a mill, so the deck needs a clear gap at the edges, sealed IP67/IP68 load cells and a junction box that is kept closed. Mine haulage is a different duty: heavily loaded tippers brake on the deck many times a shift, so a concrete (RCC) deck with capacity headroom lasts longer. On sloping plots, level the full deck and both approaches and keep monsoon run-off away from the foundation.
