Acid and spills? Concrete with a topping.
Chemical and dye units are hard on painted steel: spills, acidic fumes and wash-downs eat paint and welds from the top. A concrete (RCC) deck avoids that, with an acid-resistant topping where spills are heavy, and carries a 25-year structural warranty on the RCC concrete (T&C apply). Many Vatva plots are compact, so a 12–16 m deck is often enough for the tankers and trucks that come in.
