The RIICO estates at Keshwana, Behror and Sotanala receive steel, components and packaging on trailers and dispatch finished goods the same way, often at night, so a 60 MT, 18 m weighbridge at the plant gate with the unmanned option (RFID, cameras, boom barrier) records every vehicle without a second clerk. The ground changes across the district: sandy loam on the plain towards Behror and Neemrana needs a well-compacted base and firm approaches, while plots in the Aravalli foothills around Paota, Viratnagar and Bansur can sit on rock that needs levelling or cutting before the pedestals are cast; the foundation drawing comes with the offer so the levels are fixed first. Summers pass 45 °C and dust storms blow in May and June, so shade the indicator cabin, keep cables in closed conduits away from the hot plate, and calibrate with test weights at installation. Public weighbridges on NH-48 see everything from a trolley to a multi-axle trailer, so 60–100 MT on 18 m is the usual choice, stamped for trade, with slips that show gross, tare and net.
